Senior Frontend Engineer(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience in modern frontend development with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, component design
• Solid product mindset (usability, UX, business value, technical scalability)
• Experience collaborating in agile, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with SDK development, client-side debugging, API-driven products
• Passion for mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Excellent English communication skills
• Berlin-based or willing to relocate
• Experience with other frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Angular)
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native concepts
• Familiarity with ISO 27001-aligned engineering practices
• Experience in agentic coding workflows, AI-powered, or advanced dev tooling

Tasks

• Own the frontend architecture for the Data Pipeline product
• Maintain fluency across Importer, User Platform, and Admin Panel codebases
• Drive high-quality implementations using React and TypeScript
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend features
• Contribute reference-level code for complex UI challenges
• Shape and improve design systems, component patterns, and UI/UX standards
• Establish and promote engineering best practices for performance, accessibility, testing, state management, and code structure
• Drive code quality through structured reviews
• Implement pair programming for quality
• Provide guidance on frontend patterns
• Lead and maintain the engineering-led frontend backlog
• Manage UI consistency, tech debt, design system, and performance upgrades
• Collaborate with Product and Backend on API, SDK, and platform integration
• Mentor other frontend engineers to elevate maturity
• Contribute to the long-term frontend strategy
• Prepare for increased ownership of the frontend domain
