- •5+ years experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or SaaS financial modeling
- •Investor reporting experience as a strong plus
- •Mastery of SaaS metrics and planning logic
- •Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Sheets
- •Experience with BI tools like Tableau preferred
- •Experience with Salesforce and commercial data analysis
- •Understanding of accounting systems and forecasting
- •Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- •Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills
- •Fluency in English and German as a plus

- •Lead forecasting and performance tracking
- •Manage shareholder and investor-grade board reporting
- •Own budgeting and strategic planning
- •Conduct variance analysis across all functions
- •Deliver actionable financial insights and dashboards
- •Optimize core SaaS metrics with GTM and BI teams
- •Build driver-based models for scenario planning
- •Evaluate hiring pace, pricing, and investments
- •Manage data interfaces for Tableau and Salesforce
- •Partner with Financial Operations on treasury planning
- •Support funding and M&A through financial storytelling
- •Mentor and develop junior FP&A talent
