- Build complex three-statement models from scratch
- Experience with financial planning tools

Tasks
- Own and maintain the master forecast
- Deliver monthly top-down updates
- Conduct periodic bottom-up planning cycles
- Manage annual budget and CAPEX/OPEX planning
- Build fully integrated three-statement financial models
- Embed operational drivers in financial models
- Monitor key KPIs
- Surface risks and opportunities
- Provide supporting scenario analysis
- Challenge business assumptions
- Model business plans
- Drive commercial decisions at country, city, and product levels
- Evaluate business cases and investment proposals
- Use a clear ROI and risk framework
- Build scenario and sensitivity models
- Translate outputs into actionable recommendations
- Produce decision-focused management reports monthly
- Ensure financial outputs are usable by leadership
- Coordinate with Bolt Group FP&A on planning assumptions
- Manage consolidation inputs
- Adhere to reporting standards
- Contribute accurately and on time to Group cycles
