Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid understanding of month-end close processes, accruals, and financial controls
- Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Structured and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively across teams
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to learn and grow
Tasks
- Support month-end close activities
- Prepare and review invoices
- Manage monthly office costs and travel expenses
- Ensure accurate monthly revenue share cycle
- Support day-to-day operational finance
- Approve POs and process invoices
- Support JREQ approval workflows
- Perform variance checks and reviews
- Escalate issues as needed
- Support month-end capitalization activities
- Maintain capitalization one-pager documentation
- Conduct capitalization reviews using source systems
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance Systems, and Accounting
- Track and capitalize employee hardware
- Define and maintain FP&A control processes
- Identify efficiency improvements
- Support audit requests and governance
- Participate in accounting transformation initiatives
- Maintain FP&A documentation and knowledge management tools
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with FP&A Reporting & Planning team
- Assist with office cost planning
- Partner with FP&A Partnering team
- Provide guidance and templates for data capture
