Requirements

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of flight dynamics and stability concepts
  • Experience with the design of control laws for UAVs
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and SCADE toolset for modeling and simulation
  • Experience with military certification standards (SSDS, AEP-4671, EMAR 21, MilStd 1797)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Fluency in English; German would be a plus
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Perform Flight Dynamics assessments
  • Conduct stability and flying qualities assessments
  • Execute trade studies for optimal designs
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate FCLs into simulations
  • Support development of FCLs and autopilot functionalities
  • Analyze flight test data for validation and certification
  • Generate certification evidence
