Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field
- •Several years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in medical or regulated industries
- •Experience in developing software for microcontrollers in a real-time environment
- •Expert level programming in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems
- •Deep knowledge of RTOS platforms
- •Extensive experience with microcontrollers and low-level hardware interfaces
- •Experience in software development for safety-critical systems
- •Experience with unit testing and static analysis tools
- •Familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines for embedded projects
- •Understanding of CAN protocols and embedded debugging tools
- •Basic knowledge of hardware schematics and datasheets
- •Experience with Vector tools is a plus
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- •Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- •Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality code
- •Demonstrated experience in leading teams or mentoring junior engineers
- •Comfortable working in a regulated environment with structured development processes
