Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field
  • Several years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in medical or regulated industries
  • Experience in developing software for microcontrollers in a real-time environment
  • Expert level programming in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems
  • Deep knowledge of RTOS platforms
  • Extensive experience with microcontrollers and low-level hardware interfaces
  • Experience in software development for safety-critical systems
  • Experience with unit testing and static analysis tools
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines for embedded projects
  • Understanding of CAN protocols and embedded debugging tools
  • Basic knowledge of hardware schematics and datasheets
  • Experience with Vector tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality code
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams or mentoring junior engineers
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with structured development processes

  • Mentor embedded software engineers
