Requirements

  • •Significant experience in the financial services industry, ideally in insurance or reinsurance
  • •Proven expertise in planning and performance management, particularly in analysis of financial statements and performance metrics specific to insurance or reinsurance
  • •Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders including senior management
  • •Ease in working in a global team and maintaining effective remote relationships
  • •Analytical and problem-solving ability to provide insight in complex situations
  • •Ability to manage projects and develop solutions considering complex stakeholder structures and requirements
  • •Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and SAP experience for reporting
  • •Experience in applying AI and ML to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial

Tasks

  • •Provide comprehensive business support to the Global LoB Head Liability
  • •Identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • •Offer recommendations to senior management
  • •Ensure quality assurance for financial reporting with Regions
  • •Facilitate global business steering and financial performance transparency
  • •Present financial conclusions and commentary for decision-making
  • •Coordinate regular reporting, forecasting, and planning processes for Liability
  • •Support the Head of Business Partnering Team in financial performance assessment
  • •Consolidate views from all stakeholders
  • •Lead a virtual team for Liability and promote best-practice sharing
  • •Increase efficiencies by setting and harmonizing global standards
  • •Drive projects and implement initiatives
