Requirements

• •Experience in high-growth fintech or tech
• •Ability to close books quickly
• •Experience building FP&A models
• •Comfort with HGB accounting
• •Experience leading audits
• •Ability to build O2C/P2P workflows
• •Strong skills in SQL and Excel
• •Ability to build reliable data flows
• •Ability to communicate complex finance clearly
• •Comfortable in ambiguous environments

Tasks

• •Manage the 5-day close process
• •Oversee bookkeeping and Steuerberater coordination
• •Prepare management accounts and group consolidations
• •Handle payroll and employee benefits
• •Conduct equity accounting for EIP/VSOP
• •Build and automate O2C/P2P processes
• •Automate reconciliations to achieve ≥95% accuracy
• •Manage cash runway and accounts payable/receivable
• •Develop operating models and rolling forecasts
• •Analyze unit economics and create investor-grade board packs
• •Transform data into strategic decisions on pricing, hiring, and growth
• •Select financial tools and establish operational cadences
• •Build a high-performing finance team
• •Ensure compliance with VAT, Körperschaftsteuer, and Lohnsteuer regulations
• •Coordinate audits and manage filings
