Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years in Finance, BP/Controlling/Costing roles, preferably in manufacturing/hardware
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis
- Proven experience in cost reduction/control/efficiency improvement projects
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, results-driven
- Fluent English
- Experience in robotics, automation, or high-tech manufacturing
- Background in supply chain finance or plant controlling
- Experience with cost analysis or value engineering
Tasks
- Partner with Supply Chain teams for cost reduction
- Lead cost optimization initiatives in procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
- Build and enhance cost analysis frameworks
- Analyze purchase price variance, manufacturing efficiency, and logistics spend
- Support procurement in cost control
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Ensure strong cost discipline and accountability
- Support New Product Introduction with cost targets and roadmaps
