- Conduct integration reviews
- Facilitate roadmap alignment workshops
- Monitor platform health and usage
- Track account KPIs
- Recommend platform improvements
- Partner with Key Account Managers
- Collaborate with Product Management
- Work with Engineering
- Liaise with Sales
