Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in engineering, materials science, pharmaceutical technology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable position, ideally within primary packaging, medical device, combination product development, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience with radioligand therapies (RLT) is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a global, matrixed organization
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Effective collaboration across different functional areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Tasks
- Lead the development of syringe systems for radioligand therapies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams
- Manage design history documentation for assigned projects
- Utilize technical expertise to resolve design and operational challenges
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of parenteral primary packaging
- Perform technical assessments to confirm compliance of packaging components
- Apply knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods
- Address and resolve problems within your area of responsibility
- Communicate solutions effectively across organizational boundaries
- Develop packaging prototypes using rapid prototyping techniques
- Conduct assessments for manufacturability and perform tolerance stack analyses
- Stay current in materials, design, and manufacturing fields
- Contribute to platform documentation and technology landscaping
- Drive preparation of technical documentation for medical device registration
- Support responses to health authority inquiries
