Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or similar
  • Advanced Python or Java coding skills
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles
  • Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
  • Experience with microservice architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, MLFlow)
  • Experience with multi-agent or generative AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
  • Experience with AI models
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments (Azure ML, Databricks, AWS)
  • Experience implementing MLOps pipelines in cloud environments (Azure ML, Databricks, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with data ETL
  • Hands-on experience with APIs
  • Hands-on experience with model deployment workflows
  • Knowledge of distributed systems
  • Knowledge of data platforms for big data
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of SAFe methodologies
  • Understanding of collaborative engineering practices
  • Fluent English
  • Proactive, problem solving mindset

Tasks

  • Design and develop AI and (gen)AI services
  • Deploy AI solutions from proof of concept to production
  • Build and maintain data pipelines
  • Develop model deployment workflows
  • Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices
  • Automate model training, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and data scientists
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Develop multi-agent AI and LLM-based products
  • Ensure reliability and observability of AI solutions
  • Maintain compliance of deployed AI systems
  • Guide and mentor junior colleagues
  • Foster AI engineering excellence across teams
