- Drive market share in your sectors
- Act as a trusted execution partner to sales, sales trading, and portfolio managers
- Demonstrate real-time market judgment
- Assess liquidity
- Select optimal trading venues
- Operate within defined risk and regulatory frameworks
- Apply market knowledge to manage liquidity, volatility, auctions, and event-driven trading
- Demonstrate understanding of German and/or Pan-European market structure
- Partner with Sales, Sales Trading, and Research
- Provide market color and execution insight
- Offer informed trading solutions
- Exercise strong execution judgment within risk, regulatory, and control frameworks
- Contribute to improving execution strategies
- Contribute to improving trading analytics
- Contribute to improving desk best practice
