- Master's degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sensor development, ideally with magnetic/inductive principles
- Sound knowledge in EMC design, pre-compliance testing, and PCB layout guidelines
- Experience in product certification according to international standards advantageous
- Structured, self-reliant, and quality-conscious work approach
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative
- Strong team and communication skills, customer-oriented action
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
Tasks
- Develop and support current and voltage sensors using inductive measurement principles
- Select, evaluate, and integrate purchased sensors, coordinating with suppliers
- Design circuits and oversee PCB layouts, considering EMC and safety requirements
- Define, conduct, and evaluate verification and validation tests
- Support production transfer, including DFM/DFT, specifying critical parameters, and developing end-of-line test concepts
- Guide international certifications and implement compliance-by-design
- Create technical specifications and test and production documentation
- Perform root-cause analyses and contribute to continuous improvement processes
