- Conduct complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Create architecture documentation and stakeholder presentations
- Support pre-sales activities with high-level solution concepts
- Design and review complex integration architectures
- Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks
- Deliver tool training for customers and partners
