Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • •Proven experience as a Federation Engineer or in a similar role
  • •Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
  • •Certifications would be a plus
  • •Solid knowledge of federation platform features and functionalities
  • •Knowledge of user lifecycle management, SSO, and MFA
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • •Strong attention to detail
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • •Strong language skills in English written and spoken
  • •German language skills would be advantageous

  • •Design and implement federation identity and access management solutions
  • •Integrate federation technologies with enterprise and cloud systems
  • •Develop and maintain custom authentication experiences using Okta APIs
  • •Configure and support various MFA technologies
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve federation authentication and authorization issues
  • •Monitor and optimize the scalability and performance of federation infrastructure
  • •Provide technical guidance and support on federation-related topics
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • •Document federation configurations, processes, and procedures
