Requirements
- •Master’s or Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in power, control, or automation engineering, or a comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in grid integration of generation plants
- •Know-how of power engineering, control engineering, or power electronics
- •Experience with RMS or EMT modelling in at least one simulation software like PSCAD or DigSilent Powerfactory
- •Knowledge of Matlab, Python, and any other simulation software like PSS/E, EMTP-RV, and EMTP-ATP
- •Experience in the development of frequency domain simulation models (harmonic models)
- •Good written and spoken German and English

- •Develop models of electrical characteristics for generation units
- •Validate and evaluate wind turbine simulation models
- •Prepare external model validation for certification processes
- •Support simulation models for internal and external stakeholders
- •Prepare and review technical documents
- •Automate validation and verification tasks
- •Participate in or support international committees on modeling and validation
