In this role, you will focus on ensuring top-notch supplier quality by overseeing component sourcing and development, driving improvements at supplier sites, and implementing strategies that align with a zero-defect culture.

Requirements

• •Academic degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Master's degree desirable or comparable qualification
• •Experience in the semiconductor industry
• •Strong knowledge in semiconductor design, processes, and test
• •Expertise in Manufacturing Data Analytics, Semiconductor Physical Failure Analysis, Semiconductor IC Design Quality preferred
• •Understanding of automotive practices such as APQP/PPAP/VDA6.3/IATF16949
• •Business fluent English and basic German language skills
• •Ability to lead process improvements, supplier development, and audit activities with frequent travel
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration, analytical, and negotiation abilities

• •Oversee customer-owned tooling processes
• •Source and develop semiconductor components
• •Implement best-in-class supplier strategy
• •Drive supplier development and improvement activities
• •Define and implement procedures for Zero-defect strategy
• •Manage component development quality and MLC release
• •Support manufacturing quality and MRB decisions
• •Conduct failure analysis and escalation management
• •Define requirements for audits and supplier certification
• •Evaluate product and process change requests
• •Collect and analyze supplier quality KPIs
