  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally for race and test events
  • Comprehensive understanding of internal combustion engine architecture, tolerances, materials, and assembly techniques
  • Experience with high-precision measuring tools
  • Strong knowledge of component life management, wear analysis, and reliability tracking
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, build specifications, and assembly sheets
  • High commitment to quality, precision, and process consistency
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small, focused team
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Assemble complete race engines according to build specifications
  • Measure and verify critical engine components using precision instruments
  • Maintain accurate build records and traceability documentation
  • Disassemble and inspect engines for wear and damage post-event
  • Collaborate with design and dyno teams for performance improvements
  • Identify and report assembly or quality issues
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the build area
  • Support dyno and test operations with pre-start checks
  • Travel to test or race events to provide engine support as needed
