- Deep technical understanding of energy assets, especially BESS
- Not comfortable with coding and relying primarily on BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Not interested in the energy sector and how energy markets operate
- Not comfortable working with uncertainty, assumptions, and hypothesis-driven analysis in fast-paced environments
- C1 English
Tasks
- Analyze and interpret complex trading algorithms and product performance
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
- Leverage energy market knowledge to inform trading strategies
- Generate actionable insights for product development and business decisions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams on initiatives
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Define and develop key performance indicators and dashboards
- Maintain metrics and reporting systems for data-driven decision-making
- Own analytics processes, tools, and data pipelines
- Ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of insights
- Present complex analyses clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Influence decision-making at all levels
