- Develop grounding and EMC-robust wiring concepts
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on ruggedized packaging
- Design and validate DC/DC power systems
- Support hardware bring-up with firmware teams
- Debug complex PCB and subsystem interactions
- Mentor team members on engineering best practices
- Establish design reviews and engineering standards
- Transition prototype designs into full-scale production
