Senior Electrical Engineer for Seat Integration(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher degree in engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Aerospace industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Compliance Verification Engineer in an EASA Design Organization or as an engineering Unit Member in an FAA Design Organization
- Experience with aircraft interior modification programs, attention to detail, and knowledge of Fundamental Avionics, RTCA DO-160, RTCA DO-178C, RTCA DO-254, and System Safety Assessment
- 5+ years of experience in leading complex projects and mentoring less experienced staff
- Expertise with OEM data systems and tools: Catia V5 / V6, ENOVIA, IVT, AutoCAD
- Principled, reliable professional valuing integrity, safety, and accountability
- Comfort with a variable work statement and flexibility to support meetings across time zones
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Relocation assistance not negotiable
- No Security Clearance required

Tasks
- Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements for passenger seats
- Review supplier data for seat integration approval from an electrical perspective
- Analyze and generate documentation for aircraft seating design and certification
- Create wiring diagrams and installation drawings for harness fabrication
- Develop test plans and reports, including System Safety and Equipment Qualification documents
- Collaborate with the Office of Airworthiness and regulatory authorities
- Supervise supplier performance to ensure compliance with integration requirements
