Requirements

  • University Degree in Electrical Design or equivalent
  • 8 or more years of experience designing mission critical electrical systems
  • Ability to manage project deliverables and budgets
  • Knowledge in relevant German codes and industry standards
  • Fluency in English and ideally German
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with 3D BIM software - Revit MEP
  • Passion for quality, sustainability, and innovation

Tasks

  • Engineer innovative and sustainable solutions for data centers
  • Lead the design of electrical systems for Mission Critical projects
  • Prepare and review design deliverables
  • Collaborate with data center clients to meet their specific needs
  • Present technical content to diverse audiences
  • Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Align solutions with project and client goals
  • Provide timely feedback and recognition to team members
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams at various levels
