Requirements
- Progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, or consulting
- At least 5 years leadership experience in audit transformation, digital innovation, or technology-enabled assurance
- University degree in business administration, economics, engineering, data science or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CPA, CISA, or CISSP strongly preferred

- Demonstrated expertise in NLP applications in audit
- Demonstrated expertise in generative AI applications in audit

Tasks
- Lead the execution of the three-year transformation strategy
- Drive the integration of automation, analytics, and AI
- Coach the team to identify, pilot, and scale use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to access data platforms
- Ensure data integrity and leverage tools
- Lead the modernization of the SOX testing program
- Enhance the risk-based approach with business stakeholders
- Lead the transition of SOX testing in-house
- Build internal capability for SOX testing
- Standardize SOX testing processes
- Leverage automation for SOX testing sustainability
- Evaluate and implement audit management platforms
- Implement data analytics platforms
- Support real-time monitoring
- Support continuous auditing
- Support integrated risk assessments
- Oversee development of standardized data scripts
- Oversee deployment of dashboards
- Oversee deployment of audit analytics tools
- Foster a culture of innovation and learning
- Develop auditors on relevant skills
- Train auditors on advanced technologies
- Train auditors on data-driven auditing techniques
- Position internal audit as a talent pool
- Coordinate with assurance functions
- Align on risk management approaches
- Enhance assurance coverage
- Manage relationships with external auditors
- Manage relationships with co-sourcing partners
- Manage relationships with audit transformation vendors
- Champion change initiatives
- Provide coaching to the Internal Audit team
- Build technical capability within the Internal Audit team
- Partner with IA leadership to execute transformation initiatives
- Support IA team adoption of initiatives
- Guide IA team adoption of initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
