- Orchestrate regional launch readiness and cross-functional efforts
- Track launch progress and drive rapid optimization
- Direct regional CRM strategy and evolution
- Develop data warehouses to enable advanced analytics
- Build data infrastructure and analytical tools
- Set up commercial reporting and planning dashboards
- Embed predictive insights into resource allocation
- Maintain robust data governance and compliance standards
- Implement sales capability strategies and training roadmaps
- Institutionalize commercial excellence best practices across markets
