  • •Engineering degree (e.g. Chemicals Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
  • •Relevant industry experience in petrochemicals or chemicals
  • •Expertise in lean management, production and cost optimization
  • •Analytical and strategic thinking
  • •Excellent communication skills and teamwork
  • •Business fluent in German and English
