Requirements
- 5+ years DevOps/infrastructure/platform engineering experience
- Clear ownership of production systems

- Good understanding of SRE disciplines

- Strong motivation to grow into MLOps quickly
- Experience with configuration management (Ansible or similar)
- Familiarity with storage systems
- Familiarity with distributed data systems
- Exposure to on-prem / edge infrastructure
- Experience leading incident response
- Experience leading SLOs
- Experience leading reliability practices
Tasks
- Own complex systems end-to-end
- Make high-impact architectural decisions
- Own multi-cloud architecture (GCP, Azure, AWS) from design to operation
- Build a scalable, self-service platform engineering layer
- Architect networking across cloud and edge (hybrid connectivity, routing, secure communication)
- Drive security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, zero-trust, supply chain security)
- Establish deep observability across all systems (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting)
- Design and evolve the MLOps stack (data pipelines, GPU workloads, model deployment, AI systems infrastructure)
- Ensure high reliability across distributed edge deployments
- Partner with leadership on infrastructure, architecture, and technical strategy
