Requirements

  • Experience leading DevOps or SRE teams
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience with Azure, private cloud, and CI/CD
  • Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
  • Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications (plus)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  • Experience in regulated industries (advantageous)
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty
  • Ability to develop sustainable solutions
  • Strong IT security background (ideal)
  • Good English and German (plus)

Tasks

  • Operate and scale business-critical Kubernetes applications
  • Manage PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Kafka systems
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
  • Support application development within business squads
  • Collaborate with SREs on system resilience
  • Design monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
  • Refine CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
  • Lead the 24/7 on-call incident response
  • Maintain security, compliance, and operational standards
  • Contribute to audits and risk assessments
  • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
