- •Experience in technical operations of critical environments
- •Willingness to work with on-prem and containerization
- •Expertise in RedHat Enterprise Linux
- •Experience with automation and CI/CD technologies
- •Ability to deliver results autonomously
- •Teamwork and knowledge sharing skills
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English
- •Network knowledge including topologies and troubleshooting
- •Good knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or PostgreSQL
- •Architectural understanding of infrastructure and applications
- •Experience with security requirements and encryption

Tasks
- •Automate and enhance operational procedures
- •Ensure stable production environments
- •Manage daily technical operations for SaaS applications
- •Administer on-premise infrastructure and middleware
- •Improve infrastructure architecture and automation systems
- •Propose new methods and technological advancements
- •Represent product operability and performance needs
- •Maintain full stack infrastructure and applications
- •Troubleshoot and maintain the technology stack
- •Perform 24/7 production support and on-call duties
- •Monitor infrastructure and application metrics
- •Manage performance and capacity via observability systems
- •Deploy applications from test to production
- •Upgrade, patch, and tune application hosts
- •Develop automation and containerization initiatives
- •Advise development teams on architectural design
