- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in DevOps, software, or platform engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, container platforms, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with database systems and basic administration concepts
- Perseverance to deep dive into complex systems, design scalable solutions, and refine them
- Passion for modern software engineering practices and technologies
- Enjoyment in collaborating with teams and sharing knowledge with junior engineers
- Valuing diversity and enjoyment working with people from different backgrounds
Tasks
- Work in an agile team with developers, IT Infrastructure Manager, and Scrum Master
- Design and implement modern DevOps solutions
- Operate reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
- Support continuous integration and delivery of new features
- Lead migration from Atlassian tools to Azure DevOps
- Shape DevOps standards, tooling, and processes
- Focus on automation, scalability, and security
- Contribute to continuous improvement of environment and processes
- Act as a technical expert and mentor in DevOps
