Senior Developer Experience Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will enhance the developer experience by optimizing workflows and tools while collaborating with engineering teams to streamline processes. Your work will focus on building scalable CI/CD pipelines and improving local development environments, making a significant impact on engineering excellence.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• •5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or Software Engineering roles
• •Strong experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, etc.)
• •Proven experience in Linux systems knowledge and command-line proficiency (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
• •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
• •Knowledge of modern build systems and source control workflows (CMake, Bazel, Gradle, Git)
• •Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• •Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation
• •Strong passion for improving developer productivity
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
