Requirements
- 3-5+ years graphic, brand, communication, or presentation design experience
- Experience in agency, consulting, branding, or client-service environment
- Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling, presentation design, brand systems, multi-format design
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, pacing, visual systems
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Figma, motion, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools are a plus
- Ability to understand complex content and translate into clear, elegant, purposeful design
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, or strong curiosity and willingness to use them
- Maintain high standards of craft, confidentiality, and judgment when using AI tools
- Confidence working with strategists, writers, creatives, consultants, clients, vendors
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
- Strong organizational instincts
- Motivation to create work with meaning and impact
- Fluent English
- German is a plus
Tasks
- Design sophisticated PowerPoint presentations
- Create clear, compelling visual narratives
- Develop story flows and frameworks
- Design diagrams and visual systems
- Produce polished slide experiences
- Create high-quality brand identity designs
- Design digital and print materials
- Develop physical touchpoints and events
- Design client activations and proposals
- Create case studies and client experiences
- Ensure consistent and distinctive design
- Use AI for research and inspiration
- Apply AI in concept exploration
- Utilize AI for image-making and prototyping
- Iterate and produce with AI tools
- Maintain quality and originality standards
- Ensure client confidentiality
- Collaborate with strategists and writers
- Work with designers and BCG teams
- Engage with clients and external partners
- Contribute to multiple projects
- Maintain focus and flexibility
