- Ship practical accessibility improvements
- Architect platform-agnostic infrastructure
- Develop design tokens, Figma plugins, and shared utilities
- Promote best practices and facilitate technical discussions
- Align engineering platform teams around design system goals
- Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design system
- Develop technical metrics for the Design System
- Advocate for the design system to the engineering organization
- Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
