Requirements

  • •2–5 years experience in demand, inventory, or supply chain management
  • •Understanding of inventory KPIs and replenishment models
  • •Communication skills with commercial and operational teams
  • •Strong Excel modeling and SQL experience
  • •Understanding of Regression techniques (plus)
  • •English language proficiency

Tasks

  • •Manage and refine six-month rolling forecasts
  • •Track projected inventory by country, brand, and category
  • •Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvements
  • •Trigger replenishment orders based on stock targets
  • •Define reorder points and safety stock levels
  • •Maintain min/max inventory thresholds
  • •Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings
  • •Provide insights on supply constraints and campaigns
  • •Run what-if scenarios for demand and supply shifts
