Requirements
- Five years' enterprise environment experience
- Experience with FC, iSCSI, SAS or vSAN
- Knowledge of VMWare ESXi and Virtual Centre
- Experience with Windows Server or Redhat Linux
- Expertise in Directory and Identity Management
- Expert DNS, AD troubleshooting and GPO development
- Microsoft Remote Desktop or related provisioning
- Experience with High Availability Systems
- Knowledge of Windows patching and anti-malware
- Three years' active DevOps team participation
- Proficiency in Bash or PowerShell scripting
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools
- Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles

- Effective oral and written technical communication
- Desirable formal ITIL Certification in Service Operation
- Desirable MCSA, MCSE, VCP, CCDA or CCNA
- Desirable Ansible experience for Linux and Windows
- Desirable expertise in complex VMWare environments
- Desirable expertise in McAfee ePolicy architectures
- Desirable experience with Exchange, SharePoint, ADFS
- Desirable experience with VEEAM Backup & Replication
- Desirable experience in deployed exercise environments
- Desirable experience in international military/civilian environments
- Desirable knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years' expertise
- Valid NATO Cosmic Top Secret clearance
Tasks
- Lead the design and development of DCIS engineering projects
- Execute technical contributions for DCIS engineering projects
- Utilize DevOps concepts like continuous integration and deployment automation
- Implement system monitoring and continuous change management
- Mentor junior staff through incident and problem management processes
- Act as the senior engineer for complex problem solving
- Plan and execute NATO approved exercises on-site or remotely
- Document service designs, implementations, and troubleshooting guides
- Lead technical support teams for projects and exercises
- Provide on-the-job training to maintain high technical standards
- Deputize for higher-grade staff when necessary
- Perform additional duties as required
