Requirements
- •6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or MDM
- •Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, GDPR, FDA/EMA guidelines)
- •Proven ability to lead client engagements
- •Hands-on expertise with governance tools and platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Veeva Network)
- •Strong leadership skills
- •Exceptional communication skills
- •Consulting background preferred
- •Remote work usually possible, but candidates must be based in and have valid work permit for the European Union

- •Design and implement governance operating models and policies
- •Guide clients in data quality and metadata management
- •Support data lineage for regulatory audits and analytics
- •Advise on best practices in pharma data governance

- •Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- •Oversee integration of governance with Master Data Management and analytics platforms
