- 5+ years hands-on Data Engineering experience
- Strong Python and SQL proficiency
- Solid Batch and stream processing experience
- Proven Dimensional Data Modelling and Data Vault experience
- Data Orchestration tools experience
- Familiarity with data quality and validation frameworks
- Metadata tools integration experience
- Strong version control (Git) and CI/CD understanding
- Cloud platforms experience (AWS preferred)
- Practical Data Lakehouse concepts and technologies experience
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, initiative, drive
- Strong communication skills, professional English proficiency
- BPM software workflow configuration delivery
- ML teams experience, ML/DL/NLP concepts familiarity
- Valid work permit

- Architect, build, and scale a modern data platform
- Lead design and delivery of enterprise data infrastructure
- Architect Databricks lakehouse solutions
- Implement Databricks lakehouse solutions
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines
- Develop and optimize streaming and batch data pipelines
- Tune data platform performance
- Optimize data platform costs
- Govern cluster and compute resources
- Define and enforce data contracts and schemas
- Define and enforce data governance standards
- Ensure data quality, observability, and lineage
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts
- Deliver reliable, self-serve data products
- Establish and champion data engineering best practices
- Establish and champion data engineering standards
- Establish and champion reusable frameworks
