Requirements

  • •Mandatory advanced SQL skills
  • •Hands-on BigQuery experience
  • •Understanding of data mart concepts
  • •Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • •Experience with LookML
  • •Hands-on experience with Dataform
  • •Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration
  • •Experience in cloud-based analytics setups
  • •Years of experience as Senior Analyst
  • •Experience working with Data Engineers
  • •Degree in data, economics, or IT
  • •Fluency in English, German advantageous
  • •Experience leading complex projects (advantageous)
  • •Retail and ecommerce background (advantageous)
  • •Product mindset and outcome orientation
  • •End-to-end ownership of delivery
  • •Analytical rigor and data trustworthiness
  • •Business empathy and solution translation
  • •Clear communication for stakeholders
  • •Structured pragmatism and forward momentum

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Manage the analytics product domain for Services and Solutions
  • •Align priorities, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPI logic
  • •Translate business needs into analytical tasks and user stories
  • •Maintain end-to-end accountability for analytical deliveries
  • •Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on trends and data quality
  • •Implement standardized and reusable KPIs across all reports
  • •Partner with Data Engineers to design effective data marts
  • •Build intuitive, decision-oriented dashboards in Looker
  • •Ensure dashboard performance and alignment with KPI definitions
  • •Promote modern self-service analytics over legacy reporting
  • •Participate in cross-functional data community projects and migrations
  • •Contribute to documentation and shared analytical standards
