- •Inform loyalty and CRM initiatives with data
- •Own analytics integration for new marketing initiatives
- •Integrate B2B partnerships into performance measurement
- •Build data foundations for marketing and commercial teams
- •Contribute to the Customer Data Platform
- •Improve CRM data quality standards
- •Design A/B tests for pricing and marketing
- •Translate experimental results into commercial recommendations
- •Deliver pricing insights to influence commercial decisions
- •Analyze booking patterns for mark-up adjustments
- •Shape the travel product analytics practice
- •Establish metrics and data quality standards
- •Build foundations for supplier negotiations and margins
- •Build and maintain central marketing dashboards
- •Ensure stakeholder access to reliable KPI insights
