Tasks
- •Lead end-to-end CX research using quantitative and qualitative methods
- •Establish new CX measurement areas and quantitative research frameworks
- •Design and maintain CX measurement frameworks like CSAT, NPS, and CES
- •Develop high-quality survey instruments and sampling strategies
- •Conduct advanced quantitative analyses such as driver and trend analysis
- •Design and evaluate A/B experiments for products and campaigns
- •Apply behavioral science principles to product development
- •Ensure triangulation between metrics, behavioral data, and qualitative evidence
- •Integrate behavioral, attitudinal, and experiential data into insights
- •Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- •Mentor junior researchers and support team capability building
- •Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales
