- Ensure triangulation between metrics, behavioral data, and qualitative evidence
- Integrate behavioral, attitudinal, and experiential data into insights
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior researchers and support team capability building
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales
