Description

In this role, you will focus on developing and optimizing crystallization processes for small molecule drug substances, collaborating with various teams to ensure quality and efficiency in drug product manufacturing.

Requirements

• •Ph.D. in a relevant field or MS with >10 years of industry experience
• •Proven expertise in developing crystallization, isolation, and purification processes
• •Working knowledge of particulate/powder characterization techniques
• •Strong matrix leadership and agile mindset
• •Skilled in project management and problem-solving

Tasks

• •Develop robust manufacturing processes for crystallization and isolation of small molecule drug substances
• •Contribute to the scale-up of manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and consistency
• •Design and control drug substance physical properties using particle engineering technologies
• •Investigate and apply new methodologies in crystallization and co-processing
• •Coordinate and lead scientific discussions with internal teams to resolve project challenges
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize powder materials
• •Generate detailed reports documenting experimental procedures, results, and conclusions
• •Collaborate with external partners to leverage expertise
