  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to monitoring CRM initiatives
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and high standards for service quality, ensuring client needs are met and supported
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong aptitude for identifying CRM challenges and devising effective solutions
  • German language skills (plus)
