Requirements
- 6+ years creative production, integrated production, or project/program management
- Producing content scrappily (small shoots, fast turnarounds, limited resources) with high craft
- Social content production experience
- Working with agencies and external production partners on integrated campaigns
- Understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
- Comfortable with video/stills deliverables and versioning
- Familiarity with usage rights, talent releases, music licensing, and production legalities
- Experimenting with and implementing AI-enabled tools
- Hyper-organized: crisp timelines, clean documentation
- Self-starter: sees what's needed and makes it happen
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
- Not afraid to get hands dirty
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Driving alignment while protecting creative quality

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Production experience in multiple markets (plus)
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns
- Focus on social-first, platform-native content
- Run lean, efficient shoots with quick timelines
- Build repeatable systems for always-on content output
- Scale up for larger integrated campaigns with external partners
- Collaborate with creative leads, brand teams, and marketing strategists
- Deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and on brand
- Manage crew, locations, permits, schedules, and post-production plans
- Partner with agencies, freelancers, and vendors for larger productions
- Develop flexible production systems and streamlined workflows
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance production efficiency
- Own creative workflows and operations
- Build project documentation and manage milestones
- Align internal and external stakeholders through clear communication
- Implement feedback loops and QA processes
- Ensure error-free delivery and maintain brand standards
- Manage budgets and forecast resource needs
- Identify and address workflow gaps
- Introduce templates and processes to increase speed and clarity
