Requirements

  • •1st and 2nd German State Exam; licensed to practice law in Germany
  • •Minimum 8 years in employment law, including 3+ years in-house
  • •Strong knowledge of German law; experience with Swiss, UK, or French employment law
  • •Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Pharma, biotech, or medical device experience preferred
