Description

In this role, you will engage in financial planning and reporting, collaborating closely with cost center managers and corporate functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing management reports and enhancing financial processes to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• •CPA or Master's preferred
• •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis or accounting
• •Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• •Communication skills
• •Leadership and team spirit
• •Confident handling of MS Office, MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems
• •Excellent knowledge of English

Tasks

• •Support the monthly closing process
• •Coordinate input from stakeholders
• •Validate financial data
• •Update and analyze management reports
• •Prepare monthly variance analysis and budget reports
• •Coordinate the preparation of the Budget and Mid Term Plan
• •Collaborate with cost center managers
• •Prepare Headquarter budgets and allocations
• •Coordinate with corporate accounting and controlling functions
• •Partner with admin functions to provide financial analysis
• •Contribute to the development of financial processes
• •Enhance internal controls through clear procedures and policies
