Tasks
- Partner with the Finance Director to manage financial performance
- Lead and coordinate controlling activities for domestic and international entities
- Deliver high-quality reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Contribute to investment and performance improvement initiatives
- Enhance and standardize controlling processes
- Drive automation and digitalization using Power BI, SAP, and LucaNet
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics, and the Management Board
