Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling
  • •Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG, trading, or manufacturing
  • •Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and LucaNet
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • •Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, German is a plus
  • •Business partner mindset with a proactive hands-on approach
  • •Experience in corporate controlling and business partnering
  • •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
  • •Strong communication skills in national and international contexts
  • •Negotiation-level English skills, good German skills

Tasks

  • •Partner with the Finance Director to manage financial performance
  • •Lead and coordinate controlling activities for domestic and international entities
  • •Deliver high-quality reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • •Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
  • •Contribute to investment and performance improvement initiatives
  • •Enhance and standardize controlling processes
  • •Drive automation and digitalization using Power BI, SAP, and LucaNet
  • •Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics, and the Management Board
