- •Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration
- •Many years of professional experience in controlling environment
- •In-depth expertise in business controlling for sales and marketing
- •Good basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- •Strong IT affinity ideally in combination with SAP knowledge
- •Structured way of working with strong understanding of processes
- •Team spirit, strong communication skills and high social competence
- •Business fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus

Tasks
- •Analyze business management development based on sales, prices, volumes, and margins
- •Prepare, analyze, and report on margin contribution (MC2)
- •Advise global management on decision-making processes using business cases
- •Optimize and enhance key figures and reporting
- •Conduct simulation and scenario calculations, supporting price analyses
- •Prepare ad hoc analyses at the customer and product level
- •Develop and refine management tools for business units
- •Perform transparency checks related to the sales project pipeline
- •Support the establishment of standardized business processes for ERP restructuring
- •Act as Global Key User in controlling for the 'Sales' work stream in the project
