- Collaborating with multi-functional teams
- Leading meetings with external partners
- Leading meetings with senior stakeholders
- Leading meetings with media contacts
- Experience working with celebrities

- Proficiency in agency management
- Budget and impact analysis
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

Tasks
- Deliver large-scale consumer-facing campaigns
- Ensure regular press-office drumbeat of stories
- Drive awareness and consideration of Airbnb
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Support company’s reputation with diverse audiences
- Develop and execute consumer communications initiatives
- Translate global communications priorities locally
- Identify proactive press opportunities
- Drive national and global announcements
- Develop campaigns resonating with German audiences
- Engage key partners, celebrities, and influencers
- Handle incoming media inquiries
- Leverage data, industry research, and host/guest stories
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams
- Ensure coordinated and strategic communications
- Liaise with host and guest community for media
- Develop written materials (press releases, blog posts, etc.)
- Manage relationships with key reporters and influencers
- Help manage local agency
- Ensure key processes are adhered to
- Manage campaign project management
- Report coverage and manage press office calendar
- Localize key global press materials
