- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to improve existing ways of working and identify innovative solutions
Tasks
- Manage complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams
- Oversee junior consultants on projects
- Ensure adherence to Efficio methodologies and processes
- Conduct complex analysis using hard-to-access data
- Develop conclusions and recommended solutions creatively
- Advise clients and design solutions for complex needs
- Achieve sustainable results and demonstrate real impact
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Plan and prepare documentation for your workstream
- Participate in the recruitment of junior consultants

- Bachelor's degreeOR
