Senior Consultant Workday HCM Compensation & Adv. Compensation(m/w/x)
Configuration and TIER2/3 support for Compensation & Advanced Compensation processes within Workday at a sustainability-focused firm. In-depth SAP HCM experience and Workday platform expertise, plus international cloud HRIS implementation background, required. Hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, business informatics, or IT-oriented training
- Several years of international professional experience in cloud HRIS implementations
- In-depth experience with SAP HCM and Workday HCM
- Very good knowledge of HCM data definitions and compensation management
- Knowledge of data protection and co-determination
- Fluency in German and English
- Responsible personality with strong communication and cooperation skills
Tasks
- Serve as the central point of contact for technical support of the Workday HCM application
- Provide TIER2/3 support by reviewing tickets and troubleshooting issues
- Coordinate with support and implementation partners, functional process owners, and Workday owners
- Configure Compensation & Advanced Compensation processes within Workday HCM
- Maintain, manage releases, and test Compensation & Advanced Compensation configurations
- Offer technical support and advice on mass data changes and data validation
- Define compensation elements, plans, levels, and associated profiles
- Create compensation eligibility rules
- Plan and co-design the global annual compensation process
- Support analysis and error correction for the compensation process
- Assist in the implementation of global projects
- Provide technical support for system and business process changes in Workday
- Plan, design, and govern product upgrades and training
- Document processes and changes post-implementation
